How do I enter the Members Only section.

1. Go to the NPC website
2. Click on “Members Only” button
3. Enter your e-mail address where it says "Username"
4. Enter your password where it says “Password”
5. Click "Go"

What do I do when I can’t get in and get a “Sorry, invalid login information” message?

The problem may be a “Cookies" issue. I know they are difficult to understand and I won't bore you with that stuff. So just follow these instructions and see if this solution helps. It should.

1. Go On line
2. Go to the NPC website:  http://www.naplespressclub.org
3. Click "Tools" on the Menu bar of the browser. That will give you a drop down menu. I am assuming you are using Internet Explorer as your Browser to surf the net.
4. Click "Internet Options". This will bring up the Internet Options dialog box.
5. Near the top of the dialog box you will see six tabs. Click the tab that says "Privacy".
6. On the left side of the "Settings" area you will see a sliding scale. Slide the button down until the setting reads "Low".
7. Click "Apply" at the bottom right.
8. Click "OK"
9. Now go to the Members Only Section and type in your username and password. It should work.

How do I change my information, password, e-mail address etc.?

1. Log in to the Members Only section.
2. Click on "Your Data".
3. Click on the “Change” button below your personal information
4. From here you can change any information to your personal information simply by replacing the information already contained in the boxes.

How do I find the address or phone number of another member?

1. Click on the “Search Directory” button at the bottom of the page.
2. Click the letter of the Last Name of the person you are searching for.
3. All members whose name begins with the letter you selected above will appear.
4. Scroll until you locate the individual you are looking for.
5. If you wish, you can e-mail them directly by clicking on their e-mail address.

Note: If you do not know the individual’s last name you can enter their first name in the “Search by Keyword” box and then click the “Search” button. That will show you all the individuals that have that name.

Can I print the whole membership directory?

Yes you can. Simply follow these steps:

1. Once you are in the Members only section you can click on the “Search Directory” button.
2. Then click “Print Directory”
3. A new window appears showing everyone’s information.
4. Click the Print button on your browser.
